Relationship Advice For the ladies from the fellas

A few weeks ago, I asked the fellas on Instagram to give some relationship advice to the women.

It was quite revealing

I got over 200 comments

@mr_toritsemasan: Respect a man but don't be a fool in the process. What you won't accept when you marry him, don't tolerate it when dating him.

@eseoghene_andreIf he doesn't give you an inkling or talks about a future with you. He most likely doesn't want one with you, don't force it

@sheunfaniyi.....understand that every single man will bring you up or down to the level of their mindset.

@eseoghene_andre  We secretly love being pampered but won't tell you because we've been programmed to think that's a sign of weakness. Don't be too pushy but show him that he doesn't have to be Superman always

@olisadgens Dear Lady, please bring something to the table, a beautiful face, a beautiful shape, a beautiful body and sex won't cut it. Also, don't let them deceive you, you should know how to cook good food. OK bye

@gamboh55 I hate nagging i hate it. If you have something bothering say it out instead of carrying a long face and acting all babyish

@dozie_7ven  Build your friendship. Be your man's "guy". If he's into football, music, movies etc please develop interest. Be that person he can discuss his hobbies freely & gladly with. Emotions are not enough to sustain a marriage, but friendship goes a long way in helping make a very happy home. My lil bit from experience.

@dr.kemano  When there's an argument or a misunderstanding attack the issue not the person. No matter what happens never make the home uncomfortable for your husband... Make your arm the first place he runs to when he's heavy/down not the club or another woman's arms...

@tosinmabinuori Please my future wife.... learn to give me some space. You don't need to be 100% monitoring spirit. I love hanging out with friends in the evenings cos that where I get the money from. I get home before 10pm. I don't keep late nights. I don't do clubs. I want to hear you whisper how much you love me. I want you to say how lucky you are tl have me. I want you to . encourage me. I want you to take the lead some times. I can't know everything that you want me to do except you tell me. Don't assume I should know.

@akinolaajibola Ladies Watch What You Say To & Into Your Men. Perception is Everything. The Tone & Contents Of Your Utterance Is All. You Can Get Your Men to Bring You The World If Only You Know The Words & How to Deliver Them. Never Make the Mistake Of Assuming The Volume of Your Voice, the Aggression in Your Tone or Careless Delivery Will Get You a Long Term Result. Trust Me, Its Short-Lived.... I Personally Believe 80% of Relationships Fail Cos of the Inability to Master The Tongue....

@dexximaconceptz Don't go accusing a man without reasonable evidence, cos 1: he may not be cheating on u, but persistent accusation may push him out. 2. if you find out your man is cheating on u, the best thing u can do is relax, don't just cause a scene. goto God in prayer, then confront him. Ask him questions like (a) what do u see in other women? (b) do u know how it makes me feel . (c) give him a bit of the silent treatment but you need to actually forgive him (d) spice up your wardrobe and whip up that body to keep it in shape (e) stay clean, happy, and stress-free (f) always pray and develop yourself (g) ensure your husband is drawn to God.. These and so much more.. All the best ladies

@teniola_esan A woman who's sole plan is to get married and have children is a woman I avoid by all means. If performing the biological acts of copulation and raising children is your sole purpose, then I'm sorry, we can't roll. I want to fall in love with a woman who is busy being her beautiful and pursuing her dream. That is the woman that attracts me. The one who shines in her own light. Who knows her worth. Who knows that no man is doing her a favor by asking her hand in marriage, she is doing him a favor by saying yes. That's the kind of woman I dream of. A woman that will not only win my heart, she also commands my respect.

@themisterfantastic A man who truly loves you will look for the best in you even when you don't see it for yourself and he will cultivate that. He will water, and fertilize and prune until you blossom and then he will stand back and take pride in the woman u are
